My name is Carolyn Robbins, and I began designing miniature bears and dolls in 1996. My dolls range in size from 7 to 30 inches. I love to use a variety of materials to achieve a certain style. Each doll is articulated, with movable arms and legs, and some have moveable heads. They feature painted or acrylic/glass eyes. The filling is cotton and synthetic fiber. The clothes are made of a variety of materials and the hair is made of yarn and fibers. Excellence in quality and workmanship is important to me, therefore I hand make each one to create a unique personality. My dolls are made for the COLLECTOR only. I am grateful to the many kind artists who have encouraged and helped me along the way, and to the wonderful collectors that I have met at various shows..
