My name is Rose, I am the sole artist behind Rosie OOAKS. I create one of a kind Polymer Clay babies, from scratch with Prosculpt Professional Doll Makers Clay. I do not use any moulds. My creations start life as a ball of clay. Each baby that I sculpt is created over an internal armature.
They range in size from 6" to 12". some have blown glass eyes. My dolls have 3/4 or full limbs. They have beautiful hand made fully jointed doe suede bodies.Their bodies are filled with the finest virgin fibre fill and either glass granules or baby fat. Some have removable belly plates. I either hand paint the hair, or they have baked in high quality mohair. All my Rosie OOAKS babies come with a wonderful hand made layette. The layette varies with each baby, making them true OOAK dolls. Each creation comes with a signed artist certificate, and care instructions.
