Shown at AFIC 2007 in Columbus, Ohio and then in 2008 at Dimensions in Dollmaking in San Diego...this acrobat was created to show what a 3D sculpture of a painting by Chagall would look like if he was the doll artist himself. I used elements in this sculpture that were characteristic of Chagall's art.
Hand crafted using new and vintage materials, she also has a display stand with a "carnival" or circus theme with will be included with purchase of this sculpture...as will the props that are displayed on her "balance pole" and the wee faery that sits on her shoulder.
